No. 03 — the engagement · fixed price, fixed scope

HOW WE
WORK.

Custom software is priced on what it is, not a plan you pick off a page. So instead of tiers, here’s exactly how an engagement runs — and how you know what it costs before you commit.

THE FOUR STEPS

From a fifteen-minute call to something your team runs.
01

Scoping call

Fifteen minutes. You tell us where the store hurts; we tell you what’s automatable, what it’s roughly worth, and whether we’re the right people to build it. No deck, no obligation.

02

Fixed-scope proposal

We write down exactly what we’ll build, what it costs, and when you’ll have it. One price for the piece of work, agreed before anyone starts — no open-ended hourly meter.

03

Build & review

We build against your real systems, on a copy first. You see progress in working software, not status reports, and steer while it’s still cheap to change.

04

Launch & handover

We ship it, test it in the wild, and hand over something your team can run. Ongoing support is a separate, optional arrangement — not a lock-in.

What it costs

ONE PRICE.
AGREED FIRST.

Every project is quoted as a fixed price for a defined scope, agreed before we start. A small automation or integration is a few thousand dollars; a full agent build wired into your systems is more. The scoping call is where that number gets real.

Enterprise-grade work, sized and priced for a business that ships real orders — not a corporate budget.

No tiers

Priced on what the work is, not a plan picked off a page.

No hourly meter

One price for the piece of work, set before a line is written.

No lock-in

You get something your team can run. Support is optional.

Let's quietly kill the busywork.
